Joined The Phoenix Schools in 1993
Thank
you for visiting our website. My name is Myriam
Rocca and I have been a Director with The
Phoenix Schools for over 13 years. I love the
small, family environment of the center here and
enjoy partnering with the many long term
families. The center was originally opened in
1993 and is located near Sacramento State.
We serve
two nutritional snacks and a hot lunch each
day. At The Phoenix Schools we believe that a
healthy child is a happy child, therefore we
balance every day with a variety of stimulating
activities geared towards each individual child.
Our
playground is extensive and allows for separate
play times for all ages, Toddlers through
Preschool. We also have a park around the
corner from the school that the children love to
visit on field trips!
We offer
specialty classes such as Computer Tots. I am
an active member of my community through
attending Chamber of Commerce meetings and
partnering with local groups such as The Birth
Connection. Our company also participates in
local 4th of July Parades, Elk Grove
Kite Fest and the Sacramento Santa Parade. I
look forward to meeting with you to review in
