Joined The Phoenix Schools in 1999
 Our
Laguna campus is a licensed child care center
providing care for children 6 weeks through
kindergarten readiness, Kindergarten, First
Grade and before and after school. We are
conveniently located off Interstate 5. We are
excited to offer an outstanding curriculum
program which includes Zoo Phonics, Math Their
Way, D’nealian, Baby Signs, Science, Social
Studies, Kindness Curriculum, Literature,
Spanish and Computers. Our Kindergarten and
First Grade program offers small class sizes and
an accelerated learning program. A feature that
is most popular with our families is our
security coded front entrance.
We
provide 2 snacks and a hot lunch that is
prepared in our open kitchen each day.
 We
have separate playgrounds for our toddlers/early
learners and preschool/school age children that
are open to allow creative play. Each age group
has a separate outside activity time.
We
escort children from our local elementary
school, Joseph Sims that is located adjacent to
our school. Our school age program provides
homework assistance, group games, computers,
arts and crafts, science, and recreation games
and more. Our summer camp “The Ultimate
Adventure” is outstanding. The children will
explore hands on projects, adventure to exciting
places (field trips); they will be wowed by our
visitors to the center (Mad Science), have a
wild time on a giant water slide, jump it up in
our fantastic jump houses and dabble in
activities galore.
 We
pride ourselves in being actively involved in
the community and participate in many events
such as the Elk Grove Kite fest and the
Sacramento Santa Parade, We are part of the
local Chamber of Commerce and offer our parents
and the community monthly events, such as: Open
House, Back to School Night, Harvest Festival,
Winter Program, Parent Night Outs, End of the
Summer Carnival and many more. The Phoenix
Schools is proud to be a part of celebrating The
Week of the Young Child through many activities
to celebrate our children, families, staff and
the community.
We are
very proud of our program and the fact that we
have been voted the “Best of the Best” in
childcare for the last five years say it all!
