I love Phoenix! My kids started here at 6 weeks old and have been here ever since! I’ve had a child in each and every classroom and have never seen anyone on the phone or have a distinct smell! I have trusted Phoenix to care and provide for my children while I go to work for 9+ hours a day. Never once do I worry about my kids while in their care. I know they are well taken care of and happy to be there. The staff, from the teachers to the bus drivers to the kitchen staff, make me feel comfortable and are very obvious in their efforts to make my children comfortable and have the best learning experience possible. I have had a child in daycare for the past 15 years and this is by far the best daycare I’ve had the pleasure of taking my children to. Sometimes, I don’t even want to pick them up! Hahaha.
My child has been attending the school age program and it has been great. He has some special needs and the teachers are all so loving and understanding. Ms. Vanessa was his summer camp teacher and she made it a great experience, he loved going to camp. This was a great relief for me as a parent of a child with special needs. I love the attention he received and the positive guidance all of the teachers gave him. He is excited to go back and is kept entertained everyday while also learning new things. I would recommend this program and school to anyone who wants great care for their child.
I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Ms. Pam. She’s an amazing woman who obviously loves what she does and provides a nurturing and educational environment for the children she cares for. When Dillon first moved to Barnyard he had a hard time transitioning, but she provided lots of patience and love . .. to Dillon and his mommy!! Her support during this time allowed us both to get through a difficult time!! I am so thankful for the encouraging notes she wrote on his progress during the transition and then the continuing periodic notes on how he was developing and growing. It’s always so nice to get a glimpse of his day and hear how he’s doing. Now that we’re transitioning to the next class, she’s once again there to make things easier and provide support to Dillon and Mommy!! She goes above and beyond in everything she does to make sure her children are happy and safe. What a gift for parents to know their child is in such loving, nurturing, caring hands. Thank you Ms. Pam Pam!!
